21 Facts That Joe Biden Doesn’t Want You To Know

Lets say your apartments doubled in value. Taxes also doubled, and insurance went up.

Say increase by $5,000,000 ....that is $69,000 more a year in taxes

Now lets guess its 100 apartments. Do the math.

That is $690 per apatment increase to account for new taxes.

Well, let me tell you this! I went to the grocery store, eggs went up 50 cents! I eat a lot of eggs. Albumin is still low. I can't afford the meat section.

You should do something to improve your situation instead of whining about it on an internet forum.

Sure you are, but only when there is a Repub in office. I am this way no matter who is in office.
No and yes, you're always an oblivious moron. Inflation just hit the highest ever in America, but you say everything's just fine, huh?

Fake chart is fake, faggot. That's just where the manipulators led you by the nosering. Inflation is effectively 20%+
According to this, 24%, dipshit. Up 24% since Biden took office. Worst Ever.

If you start @ 2020 it's "only" 21%, which is still the worst inflation ever, fucktardo.

You're not dumb, I think you're a pro, here to intentionally muddy the waters.

Always trying to gaslight people because you're a genuwyne asshole with

apparently some kind of fucked-up agenda..

That was then, this is now. Now we'll take your Carter/Reagan day bullshit and

bring it into the 21st century and here and now and see what happens. So, let's start

with the height (or thereabouts) of the 80s inflation which is May 1980.

Reagan had been shot and not had a chance to do much about the Carter inflation yet.

That is an odd way to admit you lied, but I guess I will take it

What you're really saying is Carter brought on almost 50% inflation.

Could be true. That's why Reagan won, people had enough of Carter's bad policies. :dunno:

I am saying you lied about the inflation under Biden being the highest ever in the US.

But you lack the basic integrity to own up to it

Okay, I was wrong, Carter instigated more inflation than Biden has.

Almost double, but none of that is good for Americans.

Thanks, that was not so hard was it?

You are correct, high inflation is not good for Americans.

But it was inevitable after all the "free" money handed out during COVID along with the moratorium on evictions or foreclosures.

How many rounds were there of the Govt sending most American money? 3 if I am not mistaken.

But inflation has come down. Inflation coming down does not mean that prices will drop across the board, they never do. They did not after the 70s and they will not now.

That it is price gouging and you demand laws to force them to lower rent.

That is a leftist point of view.

If im renting to you, and my costs go up on everything I will pass that on.

I owe you nothing
FALSE! It used to be a leftist point of view. It is now a conservative point of view, for the protection of 99.99% of all businesses in America. Did you read the OP ? Read it Mr Landlord

If prices are too high, then consumers will stop buying (except for necessites)
