You are making up stores. First off the IRS, state, counties and even cities assess interest rates on the money you owe them. If any fines are assessed they simply add it to what you already owe. Why would Trump, a man with his wealth pay these fines and interest rates if he didn't have to? Secondly, you have no credible evidence Trump owes anything to anybody. You're just making it up.
