50 days grace period? What kind of a sanction is that?

Putin has troops massed on the Ukraine border and Joe Biden the moron makes a public statement that he's OK with a minor incursion and that if it's more than minor NATO is split as to what their response will be. Are you really so dense that you don't see the message that Vladimir Putin got from that statement?
you are:

Bottom line, Lucky...is that Joe Biden hasn't made the right call on a foreign affairs issue in forty years. He's literally that stupid. What ever he says you should do? YOU SHOULD DO THE EXACT OPPOSITE! It's why Obama famously said that nobody should ever underestimate Joe's ability to **** things up!

I do not agree with you

Trump "finally" talked a strong game against Putin, criticizing Putin's continuing attacks on Ukrainian's innocent people and lack of desire to have peace talks. Trump stated:

and he followed that up by stating that he would:

Trump threatens tariffs targeting Russia without deal to end Ukraine war in 50 days

That all sounds great BUT.....................50 day "grace" period?

To begin with (which we all know), he promised to end the war in 24 hours...............that did not happen. Then on February 12th (4 months ago) he started urging Putin to come to the table to have peace talks.............that did not happen. In the meantime, he has stated that it is Zelensky that is being unreasonable and threatening him to withdraw our support..................Zelensky in return, signed a rare earth deal that would give us natural ore in return for support.......................that did happen.

Then Hegseth made a decision to not send arms to Ukraine and Trump pooh-poohed that decision.

and now, this war has another 50 days to continue without any action on our part?

and here is reality:

The number of civilian casualties (killed and injured) reportedly almost doubled in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the first.

AI Overview

Casualties in the Russia-Ukraine war (past 4 months)
  • June 2025: 232 people killed.
  • May 2025: 183 civilians killed.
  • April 2025: 209 civilians killed.
So now Putin has the ability to kill another 400+ innocent civilians before he is due to face sanctions against him?

Is a 50-day grace period justified after seeing all the facts stated above?

Well it's not a sanction or even a rebuke.

I do not agree with you
It could be someone else was making those decisions as Joe was not all there when he was President. Either way, Ukraine means nothing to us. One day the war mongers will mess up and the planet will suffer mass casualties.

Absolutely not. Obama has been voted as the 8th best president of the U.S. and he did a good job, even considering that the Republicans were against him from day one and tied his hands as much as they could.
So you agree with Obama's assessment that you could always count on Joe to **** things up? LOL Did you really not see me walking you down that path, Lucky?

Luckyone can you link us up to all the peace summits Tater had to end his Ukraine war?

Biden was never a favorite of mine. I do not consider that he was a good president. Having said that, he was NOWHERE as bad as Trump and the Republicans made him out to be. It was all political nonsense by Trump.

More than enough for a Troll Bot like Mucky Bum .

Though why he should want to sanction Grace's periods is something only a nasty piece of work would know .

Where pray tell do you think Biden was better than Trump? I'm dying to hear this...

Come on, Lucky...nobody outside of the progressive left takes anything Politifact says without a very large grain of salt.

It was a simple question. What has Biden done BETTER than Trump? The border? The economy? Inflation? Foreign affairs? I mean he's probably the best at extorting money from people for his family but other than that? I'm drawing a blank, Little Buddy. Oh wait...he was hell on wheels at giving pardons! Is that what we're missing? :)

This is my last reply to you on this subject.

1) Politifact does not give opinion on this. They give facts that can be checked. Every promise kept or broken, is shown in detail. If you can find any that is wrong, show it.
2) This election was not about Biden vs Trump. It was about Harris vs Trump meaning that what Biden did or did not do is not important. Why are you even talking about it? What you are doing is deflecting!
3) Neither Biden nor Trump were good presidents. What we need to talk about is the future, and not the past. Having said that, here is an article that explains it better than I can.

Comparing the U.S. economy under Trump and Biden

End of story.

Obama was a ******* disaster.
