Well, guys I ain't a DOJ prosecutor. Hell, I ain't even a lawyer.
But......but I'm willing to take a stab at this one..
So let's suggest: cell phone cams, social media, security cameras, TV news cameras.
All with pictures of the perps doing exactly what got them arrested for.

I kinda sorta think that if I WAS a prosecutor and had that evidence before me......well, I'd go for the pictorial record of the clearly identifiable defendant doing something clearly illegal (like hitting a uniform cop with a board, a fire extinguisher, a flag pole, fist, or metal rod, etc.)

Why? You perceptively ask.
Well, because pictures are worth 10,000 words someone said at least once.
I may be able to paint a Rembrandt of a word-story about insurrection, about sedition, about traitors, about betrayal, yadda yadda yadda.
And maybe I'll get the judge to lock the perp up for 10yrs. Maybe.
Too, the perp may opt for a trial by jury.
