Wow ... you found one ... most people would fail that test ... ummmm ... what was dishonest about it? ... how did these seven justices act in bad-faith? ... what was their personal gain by ruling this way? ...
The ruling was wrong ... no doubt about that, and sometimes the courts do get things wrong ... but if they're committing fraud, as you folk are claiming, then they are being dishonest and acting in bad-faith ... all 62 some odd cases ...
Plessey, Roe v Wade ... certainly bad decisions ... but how is it they are acting in bad-faith ... as you claim they do all the time ...
