I have felt all season that this year by far, the NFC was a much stronger conference than the AFC. The Seahawks will be in the SB and they will win it, but the NFC had /MANY/ other teams equally worthy of representing the NFC and winning:
  • The Rams
  • The Bears
  • The Packers
even others. By comparison, the AFC is weak; the Pats will represent the AFC but they are not as good as these others. Likewise the Bills were robbed, and the Texans can't pass nor catch worth a damn, and without Bo Nix, the Broncos are done, too. But boy did Chicago sure get robbed! Caleb Williams! :shok: What a shame to still lose after what was one of the most spectacular passes ever seen in history from about 44 yards out to tie up the game and go into OT.

Here's a map of the players going into the final games and how we got here!

After the way the Referees eliminated the Bills, why do people still follow the NFL?

How was Chicago robbed?

I think the Rams beat Seattle, and win the SB. Stafford wins the league MVP, and his second SB and SB MVP and retires.

The Steelers beat the Seahawks.

Yeah but that was in week two. Can't imagine what happened there. But then, look how the Bears started and they came within an inch of going to the conference championship.

The Rams are beat to hell and back beating the Bears in OT, and Seattle had a week's bye, so, I have to believe that Seattle will beat LA, and the Pats have to beat Denver with a back up QB now.

The Steelers beat the Seahawks 21 to 10. That was the outcome of Superbowl XL. In 2025, the outcome was 40 to 22, the Eagles over the Chiefs.

That was 20 years ago. The Steelers also lost to the the Seahawks in week 2 of this season 17 to 31. My faux pas if I said Pittsburgh won, my brain is on backwards today.

Well, here are the Playoffs up to the Super Bowl XL:

Sadly, the Pats will lose.
  1. No one in Pittsburgh want the Pats to win as that would given them more SB victories than the Steelers.
  2. Seattle is a better team anyway.
  3. The Seahawks had a tough road to the Super Bowl.
  4. The Patriots had an easy season followed by a lame post-season filled with easy teams many of which all fired their coaches for losing to them.
New England get squashed like a bug in the Super Bowl. Seattle makes it look so easy that he game grows boring.

Followed by another bad half time with Bad Bunny.

I'll be watching the Charlie Kirk special during half time, wherever it is. I know someone I follow will have it on.

Super Bowl final score:
  • Seattle: 34
  • New England: 17

Before I dozed off at halftime of the AFC Conference Championship game, it appeared to me that Denver's replacement QB was more comfortable in the situation than NE's Drake Maye. Woke up early in the 4th quarter and wondered when all that snow got there.

That sure does not help the case for Drake Maye winning this SB over the Seattle Seahawks.

If Darnold doesn’t go full pumpkin mode I don’t think the Pats win. If the Pats win it will be very similar to how Brady won early.
