Apparently there is no way to assure justice is done to muslim terrorist murderers. The Israelis have the right idea on handling people like this. You don't worry about getting them to trial. You send out a hit squad and blow their damn brains out. I would add a more personal touch. After shooting them, stuff their skulls with pork rinds.

US says Bashir's sentence "disappointing"
Thu Mar 3,10:13 AM ET Politics - AFP
JAKARTA (AFP) - The United States embassy said it was disappointed with the two-and-a-half-year sentence handed to Muslic preacher Abu Bakar Bashir.
"We respect the independence of Indonesia's judiciary and welcome the conviction of this known terrorist leader," US embassy spokesman Max Kwak told AFP
"However, given the gravity of the charges on which he was convicted, we are disappointed at the length of the sentence," Kwak said.
Judges at the South Jakarta district court on Thursday cleared Bashir of more serious terrorism charges but found him guilty of involvement in a "sinister conspiracy" that led to the 2002 nightclub bombings in Bali which left 202 people dead.
The alleged spiritual leader of the pan-Asian Jemaah Islamiyah group was also cleared of involvement in the 2003 bombing of the Marriott Hotel in Jakarta, which left 12 people dead.
