14TH AMENDMENT IS BROKEN
Without appealing and rescinding the Automatic Birthright Citizenship, Immigration Reform with amnesty is just a band-aid.
If the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act is broken and need fixing, the 14th Amendment is broken and need fixing also for any type of Immigration Reform to work. It makes no sense to fix one and not the other,
Illegal immigration advocates want to over step FINA but not ABC, but one of the reasons the immigration system is broken is because of ABC. ABC, jobs and social services are the incentives that causes the FINA not to work and causes continued illegal immigration.
ABC need to be correctly interpreted and rescinded retro-active to make U.S. citizenship of child depend on one parent being a U.S. citizen. ABC causes a single pregnant woman to cross the border just to give birth and putting a burden on the U.S. taxpayers.
