Why do you think racism against Negroes still exists? Is it irrational color prejudice? If proximity to Negroes dispelled racism, Southern whites would be the least racist and prejudiced whites in the United States.

By every objective, measurable criterion Negroes tend to be less intelligent than whites and Orientals. They have higher rates of illegitimacy, and much higher crime rates. No one should be surprised that these durable characteristics arouse durable feelings of hostility. What surprises me is that there are so many taboos and sanctions against expressing this hostility.

Jews suffered plenty of prejudice, and many people - mostly antisemites - consider them not white. They succeeded in spite of that.

The children of all those impoverished Jews who immigrated here without a penny didn’t succeed because of “white privilege”. They didn’t have their European families murdered because of “white privilege.” They weren’t denied jobs and college spots because of “white privilege.” They succeeded because they were highly motivated to get an education, very disciplined, and of course did not have children out of wedlock.

In LA, east of Main street was industrial until you got to East LA and Boyle Heights which going back to at least the mid thirties was Latino. The Black neighborhood was Watts which is south west of downtown LA and was a pretty nice middle-class area of single family houses and small apartment buildings. Watts was very nice compared to the Rampart district where I grew up. As usual you are trying to shovel horse crap about something you know nothing about.
