"Your dead kids don't trump my Constitutional rights"

Mexico has some serious gun control laws and look where it's got them. I've got to side with the plumber here although I think he just does this for publicity.

At it got them is smuggled guns from gun Mecca United States

We have 300 million guns, plenty to share with Mexico

Wait a darn second there bucko! Are you saying people are ILLEGALLY smuggling firearms into Mexico? You're saying there are people that refuse to follow the rules of both countries?

Why, that's shocking!

Hey, perhaps another law will stop them??? :cuckoo:

And by the way, there are PLENTY of firearms in Mexico that did not emanate from the United States. Once again, logic and reason has failed you.

You know, countries we usually compare ourselves to

No, the countries in which YOU cherry pick data...countries with homogeneous, wealthy populations. I could easily take a slice of American that was demographically similar to any of the countries you list and would fine similar, if not lower murder rates...DESPITE ALL OUR FIREARMS.

You've always avoided addressing the question, so I expect nothing different this time, but feel free to explain how in the world there can be over 100 countries with virtual bans on civilian firearm ownership that have higher murder rates than we do, with all our oh-so-dangerous firearms.

Until you directly respond to that irrefutable point, we all see just how full of shit you are.

I notice you fail to name any of those countries who are as bad as the US

Come on...start with Somalia, Nigeria, Uganda, Columbia

Give us some names of those countries and we can talk about their murder rate

Come on coward.....give us a name

That list is widely available, but I must say, thanks for proving my point.

You first tell us how in the world countries that have outright bans on guns could experience high murder rates, then we'll talk about comparing countries.

Until then, your calls to impede legal firearm ownership are based purely on emotional nonsense.

Dead kids are just collateral damage to our second amendment rights

With all due respect. Bullshit. You know I live both countries correct?

The statistics are a lie. On purpose.

All I have to do is look around me. The big lie is that a knifing on a First Nation aka Indian stabs Indian is not counted if its on the rez. This is not counted in the grand scheme of things. If the knifing is off the rez its not counted as even resulting in death it is not counted as a "crime".

So the statistics yearly show knife violence at zip but gun crime at an all time high. And unless a murder is gun related it is not reported.

Hence you need gun control and you need thousands of people paid by government cheese to monitor said gun control in an area that had consistently voted conservative but now vote consistently for the liberals who brought in the gun control legislation.

There are so many layers to this bullshit. I've got to hit the garden soon but don't buy into assholes who think they run the country thinking they can stop violence or perfect the planet.

On the bright side, my Conservative government has repealed enough laws that I don't have to just hunt with bow anymore.

Oh and the freaking libs were ready to regulate bows as well. Never let them get at your 2nd.

Oh and just to make it perfectly clear again, the asshole crazy kid stabbed 3 kids to death.

Stabbed as in knife.

That about covers it yes.
Tragedies happen and of course Liberals react in knee jerk fashion.

They're too stupid to realize that gun control would be even more dangerous and less successful than the War on Drugs.

How's that one working out?

dimocraps are too stupid to live.

And please, fatass goose. If you're 'moving to Florida, please keep your domicile in Illinois. We don't need another cellulite infested Yankee telling us how to run our beautiful State.

We don't need dirtbags like you turning us into another Illinois.... Crime-infested, filthy, corrupt and stupid.

Odds are good, however, that once fatass finds out that we don't have an Income Tax, he'll change his domicile to here.

Great. Just fucking great. If so, at least stay on the East Coast of Florida. It's already going to shit.

What are you talking about? We're on the same side!! We belong to the group that doesn't give a shit about dead children as long as we have the right to pack our guns around. And if you place dead kids over our gun rights then you're nothing but a commie loving socialist.

Once kids reach the age of at least 13 they should even have the right to carry in school because nothing in the Constitution says that kids don't have the same Constitutional Rights as everyone else.

Agreed?

The only thing I can figure out about his logic is he must be happy with his country being a little "better" than the lowest common denominator.

Yep, as usual, when you can't respond with logic and reason, resort to the fallacy of ad hominem.

What is cowardly is cherry picking data to suit your bias. It's easy:

Let's take Norway, your beloved DISARMED Scandinavian utopia. Norway has a population of just over 5 million people with a murder rate of 2.2 per 100,000.

The state of Minnesota has one of the highest firearm ownership rates in the US. It has just over 5 million citizens...and would you look at this, a murder rate of 1.8 per 100,000...LOWER THAN NORWAY!

How in the world is that possible????

You lose asshole :lol::lol::lol:

Gun nuts do not set the bar too high

As long as our murder rate is lower than countries in complete anarchy they are happy

LOL....and you bring up Cherry Picking?

Norway has a murder rate of 2.2 while the rate in the US is TWICE that?

You pick ONE state with a slightly lower murder rate and think you made a point?

Perhaps then you can explain how in the world all those disarmed countries have higher murder rates than the US?

Or, tell us how it is possible that Minnesota's 5 million citizens, armed to the teeth, experience a lower murder rate than Norway. Oh wait, is Norway a "lowest common denominator"???

Fail asshole, fail.

At least in my point, Minnesota is a reasonable comparison to Norway: same population, similarly homogeneous, reasonably wealthy citizens, etc. So tell me, how is it possible that Minnesota has a lower murder than Norway with all those guns??? You just can't address that simple point, can you? Telling.

We are talking about laws in the ENTIRE Us with a murder rate of 4.8, over TWICE that of Norway
Start naming some of those 100 countries above 4.8 and we can start to compare

I can understand why you want to include the illegals who are members of gangs that are killing each other in your numbers.. a problem most European countries don't have.. Because that way you aren't actually comparing apples to apples.. You are throwing in rotten oranges to make your point.
