Once this country realizes we have to start limiting welfare, choices are going to be cut. And it isn't just one race that tends to "milk" the government. There are people who do want to work and make a better ,life for themselves and their families. We have to help them do it by creating more jobs...

We can't just cut welfare without there being something for these people to do. That is exactly what one of the men said in the video. If they can make a pair of tennis shoes in Thailand and sell them for 120 dollars here in the states I believe there is enough profit margin that they could make the shoes in this country, just like they do cars. What we need is to bring back at least some low skill jobs and not give them all to illegals because they will work for dirt poor wages.

Sorry...my bad. I thought this thread was about poor blacks...oh wait it is.
Left out of your graph is the more important, welfare distribution by race.
Blacks make up 12% of the population, but take almost 40% of the total welfare payouts.
Not exactly a figure that is to be proud of.
Having said that, since this thread is also in regards to poor blacks voting democrat...their chronic poverty is BECAUSE of liberal social programs of the 60's-70's. That also caused more segregation in American cities than even the most fervent racist could have ever hoped for.
