It is very expensive and time consuming to investigate voter fraud, and that is why it is rarely investigated beyond the obvious occurances. And, the penalties are light for those who do get caught. As insurance, Democrats conduct the vast majority of their voter fraud in minority districts, and scream racism at the first indication of any investigation of that fraud.

It should be patently obvious to even brain dead partisans, that when voter fraud is easy, the penalties are light if one gets caught, and the rewards for success are high, then voter fraud is not only possible, but is highly probable.

And, when you can identify the party that screams bloody murder at any attempt to reduce the possibility of voter fraud, you can bet your purple bippy that they are the ones benefiting from it.
