Woman charged with raping boy, 14

CLAYMONT, Del. - December 29, 2008 (WPVI) -- Police in Delaware have arrested a woman they say had sex with her teenage daughter's friend.
38-year-old Juli Faunce, a resident of the unit block of Commonwealth Avenue in the Overlook Colony Apartments, has been charged with four counts of rape in the 3rd degree.

On Sunday December 28, police were called to a home in the Overlook Colony Apartments. When they arrived, officers spoke with Faunce who said a neighborhood teen had allegedly forced her 14-year-old daughter to have sex with him.

Police contacted the boy's mother who said she had just learned that her son had sex. However, the boy's mother said her son had sex with Juli Faunce - not her teenage daughter.

Police say Faunce had sex with the boy on at least two occasions in November while he was "staying the night" in her apartment.
Faunce later learned that her daughter had also engaged in a sexual relationship with the boy. She called police Sunday to report the teen had forced himself on her daughter, because they say she was unhappy with the news of her daughter's new relationship.

Faunce has been arraigned and released on $40,000 bail. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim and also ordered to not have any teenage boys in her home for any period of time.

It depends on the local politics. I am aware of a case from some years back where four young boys were regularly invited to a certain woman's home for sex with her. Ages 11 to 17. The woman's husband worked at the local school. He was well acquanted with the local gestapo. The woman decided after one of these little flings with a couple of the boys to file assault charges (the ones who were 14 and 15). One of the boys during the trist had brought a camera to the affair and snapped s few fairly nasty photos. Her complaint resulted a middle of the night arrest of the two boys. After hours of a middle of the night questioning of the boys one mother of one of the boys demanded the release or charge of her son. Which resulted in an insulted gestapo. The mother also insisted charges be filed on the woman for rape of the boys from ages eleven through seventeen.

No charges were ever filed. The mother of the eleven year old was a teacher at another school in the same school district. Until that incident of arrest she had no knowledge of the whole scam this woman had going with these young boys to fill her sick desires.
The mother of the eleven year old was not retained the following school year. Since her contract was only for one year at a time any excuse to not retain her would work.

The entire matter was eventually fully dropped against all of the boys after the threats of recipicol charges were asked to be made against the woman who invited the boys over for these sexual encounters. No charges at any time were even considered against the woman who had sex with all of these boys. Her family was well enough connected in the local community that charges were never even considered against her for raping the boys.

Schools can be a pime place for pedo's. A girl I knew growing up, her dad was an english teacher in the highscool. He was also a porn film maker. Let your imagination run wild and it will give you an idea of what transpired in their lives. I was much younger than her and stayed my distance from her house. Yet she also was fairly protective of me. I had thought and wondered for years how that man stayed out of jail.

I think the only way to protect children at that age is to have better information available so people can watch for the key traits of such types.

Here in FL we've had several teachers arrested for sex with underage boys, the most infamous being Debra LaFave.

And he didn't say it was "fine and dandy for an adult woman to be a perv", he just said it was different.

It will not scar the boy like it would a girl. It will affect his attitude/personality later in life, but not like it would a young girl.
