We don't have a society where people are arrested before they commit a crime.

A better way to deal with this..would be to make sure it's more difficult for felons, nuts and terrorists to get guns. Even better would be to restrict who can carry them concealed.

It's not a magic bullet..but it would go a long way in lowering the number of these events.

What it breaks down to is that they have access to tools that allow them to commit heinous and ridiculously violent acts.

Will restricting access to these tools completely wipe out massacres? Of course not.

But it will reduce them.

And why anyone wants to allow nuts to be able to commit heinous acts by granting them access to guns and bomb making materials..is beyond me.

Nazi's were for government owning and running industry, the Nazi regime was for socialized medicine, the were pro eugenics as are many progressives, even down to this day.
