I'd guess....yes.

Maybe not on public ground. Not at taxpayer expense.
But yeah, as some poster above suggested.....the family could put one up on some property they believe is relatively secure from creditors.

On the other hand, if Memphis could put up a statue of the war criminal and father of the KKK, Nathan Bedford Forrest, then a statue of Don Trump is not inconceivable.
