Because you just know the dildo is still hovering around fuming at his unfair treatment.

DFresh said:First off no1, Im not talking about Clinton so just stop right there, ITS IRRELEVENT!!!!
Second, follow the link stupid. I didnt make this up. Im commenting on an article from the Washington Post. Who by the way, has a lot more credibility then your post. Maybe youre the one who needs a reality check.
Avatar4321 said:But then you wont get over this double standard because you cant admit when you are wrong.
DFresh said:First a couple of quotes:
Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt he is amassing them to use against our friends, against our allies, and against us." -- Vice President Cheney, Aug. 26, 2002.
And
Saddam Hussein is a man who told the world he wouldn't have weapons of mass destruction, but he's got them." -- Bush, Nov. 3, 2002.
That said Bush still has no regrets about the war. What about regretting that you were wrong and that we went to war on false pretences. What about regretting the fact that because we did not find any WMD that our credibility to the rest of the world has been greatly affected. What about regretting the prisoners that were tortured.
I dont know what I hate most about Bush. The fact that he is so stupid or that he cant admit when something has gone wrong.
OK OK I know what your going to say. Bush was just going on bad intelligence. So Ill leave you with this except from the Washington Post regarding the above quotes:
.let's all remember that these comments came considerably before then-CIA Director George J. Tenet's assertion that the WMD case was a "slam dunk," in late December of 2002. By that point, Bush and Cheney had clearly already made up their minds

And do you think, that just POSSIBILY, this might be because MOST PEOPLE were never over there?

-=d=- said:You are implying there is a cause-and-effect relationship between 'not having been in Nam' and 'whining about Nam'. Re-word your question, maybe?
FollowerOfKeeb said:No, I'm not. Saying that most people who are against Vietnam were not in Vietnam is a rather obvious statement. Most people were not in Vietnam, the VAST majority of people have never even been to Vietnam much less fought a war there. Therefore, it SHOULD COME AS NO SURPRISE that most people who are against the Vietnam war were never in it.
-=d=- said:but you can't undestand the point, because you are being hardheaded about the nitty-gritty...
the point IS - There are VASTLY more soldiers who were IN Nam which support(ed) the efforts there, than otherewise.
FollowerOfKeeb said:Do you have factual evidence for that, or am I just supposed to take your word for it?

I'm older than 12 years old. I don't just believe things because people tell me its so.
"even schartzkoff said on Hardball that our abandoning the S. Vietnamese was a travesty. "
And? So? It wasn't a travesty to the thousands of Americans who didn't lost their sons or their fathers or husbands or arms or legs or mobility because we pulled out.
"Almost every Vietnam vet I have EVER talked to supported the war. Just like now, the ones over in Iraq fighting by far support the war while the yellow-bellies sitting here at home protest it."
The yellow-bellies sitting at home? What are you doing?
