Why Broward County In Panic Mode:Proximity Of Middle Class & Black Neighborhoods.

Most of us have been to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood/Miami.{Yes?}. If you have never been to the Very Crowded tri-country southern tip of Florida, it's the last place you want to be in during a civil war. Broward County: depending on where you are, you can be living in an average middle class neighborhood and on the other side of the boulevard you have a much older/run down district. Take Hollywood as an example. Especially going from the beach to the mainland, some of us will drive back home as soon as possible.
Same with Fort Lauderdale, one of the wealthiest towns in Florida, yet also includes some of the poorest neighborhoods, within reach of much more nicer neighborhoods.
I would not want to live in South Florida !!! The good old days of walking the streets worry free are long gone.

yaa, the good old days, i done a lot of driving South and North on US-1 in the late 1950's early 60's stopped at many Mom & Pop sea food places bought souvenirs etc. never again.

That is true but to bring it home closer - Sanford, Fla. is preceded by Longwood - affluent neighborhoods to the other side - Lake Mary - back before Longwood, you have Casselberry, then Altamonte Springs, all middle classs - then comes Maitand - New Money Yuppies - which is next to Winter Park which is old money affluent - with Heinz -Kerry, Langford hotel where Kings of the Middle East stay while visiting - WP was once the wealthiest little town in Florida - very wealthy. Most of them moved away years ago but the mansions in the Georgia Triangle are stilled owned by people such as the Andretti's, Bell Telephone heirs, etc.

Directly across the train tracks of Winter Park is one of the most dangerous black neighborhoods in Florida. This is Eatonville and the back end of it is called Murder Market. Eatonville is the oldest black city in America - the line on the other side of Eatonville goes to Maitland where the other big affluent neighborhoods are - so there's that too. As the Black Panthers were telling these people to go to affluent white neighborhoods I would expect WP Police and Maitland Police are not too worried as the military has their backs - that is Democrat country - Maitland - Winter Park. I'm sure the Clinton people told them don't touch Winter Park.

The wealthiest democrats in the nation live in Winter Park during the winter months including the Heinz - Kerry family. Winter Park and Maitland is considered totally democrat. Fabulously wealthy.

The neighborhood at the back door of Winter Park - inside Winter Park is a black neighborhood that Hilary Clinton uses to win votes down in Orlando. They did their research well and chose a man who was key to the entire black community - I met with him numerous times and he told me the Clintons bought his computer and other campaign tools as well. ( His Stickley desk is to die for - I'd love to own it - it must be over 100 yrs old - an orginal worth a fortune ) He lives in a beautiful little home with wood floors that are over 100 yrs old - has tons of photos of him with all the democrats including Hillary. He lives modestly but theres a volvo in the drive.

If you go downtown to Orange Ave. those are affluent homes ( used to be ) and you've got Paramore Ave. which is listed as one of the most dangerous murder zones in the nation - then you have Orange Blossom Trail which is their red light district - then moving back out towards the hills you have on the other side of Central Orlando one of the most notorious cities in America - known as Crime Hills but it is actually Pine Hills. Pine Hills is so dangerous that on every block they have police stations that are like sub stations to the main station. Banks are robbed in broad daylight, police are robbed in uniform at ATM's, it is a different land up there and the gangsters run the show. The line used to stop at Mercy Drive which should have been called No Mercy Drive - but then it spilled over and took over Pine Hills completely.

If you do a crime map over Pine Hills it is red dots from one end to the other. pick a neighborhood anywhere and you cannot see the map for all the dots. On the other side of Pine Hills is Ocoee, Winter Garden which is Hispanic / White territory and beyond that is Clermont which is on your way out of Orlando and things return to normal right about there....

Now you understand why Disney bought property in Kissimmee ( middle of nowhere ) rather than Orlando. They obviously had the vision that Universal Studios lacked - whereas they set up right inside Pine Hills ( annexed to change name they may be identified as Orlando ) on Kirkman Rd. Near International Drive. It was well known for years that the tourists of Europe were all going to International Drive hotels to save money on Disney hotel prices so the criminals in Pine Hills would hit those hotels regularly. Disney knew all about it - but never warned their visitors because they knew it would eventually drive the hotel business back to their parks. So they paid to keep it out of the news. I know the people at the Sentinel and was told how this was done. It was a big coverup.

So people were murdered, raped, robbed and beaten to death for years until the stories finally began to come up in Europe about all the crime on International Drive. Still the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper was paid off by Disney not to report it. The rapes and murders that happen in the parking lots by Disney are not reported either for the same reason. BAD FOR BUSINESS.

Disney getting away with murder. Surprised anyone? Don't be.

Affluent Naples is owned by the Democrats who want those neighborhoods there or they wouldn't be. They need those people for the democrat vote. That is why that is staying there. Look at your parents voting districts and you'll see what I mean. If you don't have money you shouldn't live in Naples - you are either rich as they are rich or you are poor as what you see on US1 is poor. They did away with the middle class years ago. Thanks for proving my point LL. That is the democrat voting block there - it will be defended every time. I mapped out Fla years ago along those lines and in every affluent city - the lines are the same - this was well planned by the Democratic party. I have to give them an A for the job they did on it. It is Democrat controlled. The affluent Democrats tipped the scales of vote by keeping these areas black and using that vote to control the rest of the territory. That is how the lines are drawn. Do your own research. I'm well aware of the strong Republican presence there but it is overshadowed by the Democrats through these deceptive practices. I'm just bringing them to light. I still go to the Keys. Marathon is beautiful. I also like Key Largo. I have a friend who has a home down the street from Kathy Lee (Gifford) where every home is on the water no matter where you live... the yachts are parked on the water in front of their homes. Magnificent area - very private because there are no hotels or motels in the area. If you don't live there or no someone who does the police will escort you out of area. They are paid very well to take care of the citizens of Key Largo. You can be sure there won't be anything there. Loads of wealthy liberals in Key Largo and Marathon - as well.
