Back in the 1980s the UK had a major problem with football hooligans. The Russian hooligans actually look up to those British hooligans of the 1980s.
Yaxley Lennon was one such hooligan. His team is Luton Town. Luton has been overrun by Muslims and the like and also suffered from bad architecture post WW2, it's a shithole.
Lennon led hooligans, they'd go and fight hooligans from other teams. However the police, government and Football Association wanted to get rid of this. So they made it harder for people like Lennon to get involved in such things.
