The GOP love taking your rights and freedoms away yet to to act like they support personal freedoms somehow.

Family Values: the GOP are opposed to abortion, yet they have plenty of abortions and support candidates like Herschel Walker who has had numerous abortions. Numerous GOP Congressman have had affairs and they even have documented texts and emails of GOP Congressmen telling their mistresses to get an abortion. GOP Congressmen have also been caught in bathrooms with other men, and they support Donald Trump, a serial adulterer who admitted on tape to grabbing women. The GOP have no real family values at all.

Alcohol is different than THC and where it does have stupifying effects it doesn't rewire the brain or cause permanent damage the way THC will in unmatured brains. Once the brain has matured and pathways are fully developed then THC doesn't cause the damage. Alcohol abuse does cause a loss of cognitive pathways....but light to moderate usage does not. It's not the best thing to give teenagers large amounts of alcohol or energy drinks....teenagers and young adults are annoying enough without chemical incapacitations.

Legislative efforts to actually do what is right on this is going to be impossible.

I think the perfect example of GOP hypocrisy is when the N.R.A. has their annual convention. We all know everyone there is a Republican, and whilst they continually get favorable gun legislation in this country for gun owners, they won't let any of their members bring their firearms onto the convention floor!

They hide behind some bullshit that the convention center won't allow firearms, well why won't the N.R.A. find a convention center that will allow them to have their guns? Why not hold it outside? This is the perfect example of their hypocrisy.
