Question two: would that have been okay had he been wearing a dress?

Question three: Assuming the charges will lead to a conviction, would a jury have more compassion for the intruder if he was wearing a dress?

I think we set a very negative precedent here during the last administration.

Walking into a single bathroom--maybe. But walking into a stall is deliberate. As a truck driver, I use public bathrooms quite often, and it doesn't take much effort to look under the stall to see if there are shoes and legs in it, plus most stall doors are partially open when not occupied.
