Have you read the Geneva conventions yet, and seen that the Palestinians have to give up all violence, terrorism and belligerence before the blockade will be lifted and the occupation lifted once the negotiations for peace and mutual borders are concluded. But the Palestinian charter states they will never negotiate and will keep on fighting until either every Palestinian is dead or every Jew is dead.

That's not the chronological order.
When the Israelis left Gaza in 2005, Hamas started firing rockets at Israel and didn't stop. That's why Israel set up the blockade. It was meant to stop the huge flow of rockets and other weapons coming into Gaza.
Hamas only wants to lift the blockade so that they can get their weapons again.
