The 2008 remake of the 1951 film, 'The Day the Earth Stood Still' was the biggest disappointment of my life (and that includes a failed marriage and 'Phantom Menace')

Pretty much any remake is a guaranteed kick in the stones.

Hard to say..

Phantom menace was a huge disappointment, but Lucas meant to disappoint.

Batman vs superman huge disappointment. I got to watch it free on a plane and still felt cheated.

The first wolverine movie.

The remake of Halloween and nightmare on elm street.

I do not know that list is huge, can not name just one.

Comedies are usually the most disappointing for me....not many really good ones

Rogue One was very boring to me. Characters were dull. If it had not been 40 degrees in the theater, I'm sure I would have fallen asleep

P.S. I went into Spanglish thinking that a comedy would be on the screen.....only one scene made me smile.

Comedies are usually the most disappointing for me....not many really good ones

I have a hard time with comedies too. A lot of them are just not very good, not well put together, stupid plots, bad acting, too predictable, etc. It is probably the most difficult genre of film to make too, to be funny and have an actual plot with people who can actually act too.
