I believe in the right for people to own guns.

I believe in having a strong military and economy.

I believe in having a great education system and space program.

I believe we should rebuild our infrastructure.

I believe in moving America forward!

I believe the Republicans just like the Democrats are anti freedom!

I believe these two parties don't care about individual rights!

The Republicans want to get rid of the voting rights act!

We should have more candidates like Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump!

I strongly agree with you on everything besides "I believe the republicans just like the democrats are anti freedom!" as the republicans don't give a damn about freedom and democrats have shown to care about it more. Secondly, " I believe these two parties don't care about indvidual rights?" lol...That is all the republican party seems to care about even going as far as wanting to destroy civilization.

The common issue is the Republicans do not want
* Democrats pushing more programs that cause voters to become DEPENDENT on govt
because this creates a conflict of interest -- if voters rely on those benefits and handouts
they become victims of whatever politicians vote on, so they become enslaved to govt.
The point is to keep our rights, freedoms and programs in our own hands so we retain control
and only authorize the very MINIMAL to govt so that the power does not shift there out of people's control.

The liberals tend to use govt as their way of expressing public political will and establishing rights.
instead of establishing these directly, they become DEPENDENT on elected officials, parties and legislation
to "have rights' which is backwards to Republicans, Conservatives and other Constitutionalists who
see the people's rights coming from natural laws of human nature NOT from govt.

* Democrats also abusing voting rights and immigration rights to recruit more voters
by promising them more benefits as political bribery. Again this creates a conflict of interest
with govt officials if they get in the business of buying votes.

This is just as corrupt as corporate interests getting in the business of funding campaigns to buy politicians.

The left is more concerned with using govt to check Corporations and Big Monied interests
they fear are buying out govt and abusing the process to buy justice, buy deregulation, buy favor with officials.

The right is more concerned with abusing govt for social welfare and benefits as a form of bribing voters
while keeping them dependent on govt and using that against them to control them.

Both left and right are correct in what they are trying to CHECK against.

The problem is they both UNDERMINE the other groups attempts to CHECK AGAINST ABUSES.

The SMART thing would be to utilize the political motivations of BOTH parties to
check against BOTH
* corporate welfare and abuses to "bribe" officials
* social welfare and abuses to "bribe" voters.

Why not stop BOTH abuses.
Why try to argue one isn't happening and the problem is the other?
BOTH sides are right, that there are abuses and corruption to be checked.
So why not check BOTH, instead of competing to push one and deny the other?

dear gawd, if you believe we need Bernie Sanders and Republicans want to get rid of the voting rights act. you are a die hard brainwashed lib/dem cult member

Dear Stephanie
I guess it's like how some people fear Obama and liberals as wanting to get rid of gun rights.
Don't you think the fear is mutual.
Don't you think the fear is based on reacting to what the opponents are doing?
The motivations may be misrepresented and misunderstood,
but the outcome of blocking or pushing certain legislation
certainly looks that way to both left and right that the other side doesn't care about the
rights of law abiding citizens affected by what they are pushing. Both sides have reasons for their fears.

(A) Another funny thing my bf doesn't get about Liberals:
Why insist that police should be the only ones with guns or certain types of guns.
And then COMPLAIN about police brutality and not trusting police with too much power.

Which way do you want it?
If you don't trust police not to abuse their guns and power,
why would you then concentrate all the right to bear arms with govt and police?

(B) This is as confusing as asking
Why do liberals NOT trust corporations,
but trust govt, which is like a huge collective corporation?

If liberals understand how the collective authority and SIZE of corporations lends itself to ABUSE,
WHY ISN'T THIS CLEAR WITH GOVT AS WELL
That concentrating TOO many resources and TOO much power at the top where it is harder to check LENDS ITSELF TO ABUSES JUST LIKE WITH CORPORATIONS THE LIBERALS UNDERSTAND ARE ABUSIVE

the problem with the dem base of voter is they don't RESEARCH their damn people to put in to run our lives. Sanders, a career politician who has done Nothing but occupy a seat and suck a living off us taxpayers for what seems like: 100 freaking years, is the last person we need. an interesting article

Could Sanders be the Trojan horse that allows the Clintonites to emerge victorious?
Bernie Sanders, the Most Dangerous Man in America
By Rich Berdan -- Bio and Archives February 14, 2016

Senator Bernie Sanders, the rising demagogue seeking the Democrat Party’s nomination for President of the United States is currently the most dangerous man in America. He claims America’s economic tribulations rest with the capitalist on Wall Street. This pied piper has seduced millennials lacking the discernment of the big lie with the sweet candy of free education and promising payback of the wealthy class that has left them behind.

The following is a quote from a speech. “We are passing through one of the most critical, important and interesting moments of history‚Äîa moment when the world socialist revolution is in the making.

It is now becoming apparent even to those who stood remote from socialist theories and forecasts that this war will not end as it began, that is, by the conclusion of peace in the usual way between the old imperialist governments.

The revolution has shown that the war is inevitably leading to the disintegration of capitalist society in general, that it is being converted into a war of the working people against the exploiters. Therein lies the significance of the revolution.”

Does this sound close to what the old man in the crumpled salesman suit from Vermont is disseminating on the campaign trail? No, this speech was delivered nearly a hundred years ago in 1918 by the leader of the communist revolution, Vladimir Lenin as he rallied Russians to destroy the old imperialists and enter into a new brand of government where they would be free of oppression.

Bernie recently emblazoned the need to come together to unite the country and the Democrat party so the right-wing Republicans do not take over our country. Sanders is very clever to infuse fascism into the opposition party beholden to pipelines and big oil companies that do not recognize climate change as the biggest threat to future generations.

Sanders has dangled a worm that has been gobbled up hook, line, and sinker by an uninformed generation of young voters fascinated with a cloaked brand of socialism that stretches much further than Lenin’s singular capitalist villains.
