What was her task at the border? Biden certainly didn't put her in charge of securing the border and closing it. Her only job was to deflect from Biden and say that the border is secure, even though thousands and thousands were breaching it. They threw her under the bus to make Biden look good and now they feel bad because she is a drag on the ticket but are stuck with her.
