Well lets take your claims point by point.

Where is the evidence? Since when do Trumpkins like yourself care about evidence. Nothing has stopped Trumpkins and Trump from claiming that Joe Biden is corrupt despite absolutely no evidence to support that claim.

So what is the evidence that Shokin was corrupt- or merely inefficient. I really don't know. I do know who was claiming that Shokin was derelict in his duties and needed to go.
Who were they?
a) The United States government. As you heard in testimony, the State Department had concluded that Shokin was both corrupt and derelict in his duties.

For Sakvarelidze, there were clear suspicions the two men may have been carrying out the business of the chief. But his attempts to investigate were frustrated. Soon, he faced a corruption investigation himself. At loggerheads with Shokin, he was pushed out of his job within the year.
