Though he's campaigning as the "young" candidate, Ramaswamy would like to make it a little harder for the nation's youngest voters to cast a ballot.

He's proposing a constitutional amendment that would require citizens 18 to 24 to pass a civics test in order to vote — the same one immigrants take to become naturalized U.S. citizens. Under his proposal, young Americans could, as an alternative, perform six months of military or first-responder service. But if none of these requirements are met, they would have to wait until they turn 25 before they could vote in their first election.

Both of these should be on GOP platforms in every race. Fuck deadbeats and squatters. Serving in the military shouldn't exempt anybody from taking the civics tests either. Military or some sort of civilian service should be required, too.

You don't have to be smart to vote for one of two parties when one's trying to ban abortion. You just have to be a woman age 18-24.

If we go one, we go all. Why just 18-24? They weren’t responsible for 2016.

You have to pass a test to vote. If you don't pass the test...you don't get to vote.

So study for it, instead of being a dumbass. In fact it can be made up of three parts, local, state, and Federal; vote in the election you passed the test for, one, two, or all three.

Are there going to be federal laws to prevent the red states from doing what they always do when it comes to voting--make it as hard as possible, have like 2 test days for 80,000 voters, print it only in English, make the test extra difficult?

Will the test be administered in English and Spanish, French, etc...?

English only. If you want to vote in Spanish, move to Mexico, Spain, or some South American shithole. Same for the rest of the languages.
