The governor can veto any bill passed even if the (D)'s have the Senate.

All I'm dong is pointing out hypocrisy. As I believe was pointed out earlier in the thread there really isn't anything "hanging in the balance" here, and as you've also noted, the evidence is looking pretty slim anyway.

This was all over the governor wanting to enact stricter abortion laws. That's pretty much out the window regardless of who runs the Senate.

I support the utility of abortion....I just wish more dems would avail themselves of the practice on a retroactive basis.
