Actually, very few are bothering to "sneak past" any more. There's no point in doing so. With E-Verify, it's very difficult to get a job without papers.

We already have hundreds of laws concerning the legal possession and use of firearms, what new ones do you think would do any good and exactly what good would you think your new laws do? As I’ve told you at least a dozen times, if you want a simple and effective way to cut down on not only gun crime, but crime in general, just keep people who use guns in crimes in prison for a long, long time. But you don’t like that approach because it would require YOU and your friends to take responsibility for your actions.
