You just simply don't get it do you. In a court of law there has to be a preponderance of evidence to support your cause. If you don't provide that you lose. The AGW proponents recently lost the Oxford debate which is huge. But there was nothing at stake.

Put it on trial and have the loser pay like happened in the UK with Gore movie...which lost BTW. That way there is something at stake..other than our money and our freedoms.
