Unemployment rates were made worse by Bush, not Obama!

So you admit you were wrong to say there were more full time workers when Obama took office? Good first step.
"Today’s jobs numbers are only enough to tread even with population growth, maintaining unemployment at 6.3 percent. When you include discouraged workers, the unemployment rate doubles to an alarming 12.2 percent. There are still 3.2 million fewer full-time employed persons than there were in 2007," says Sessions.

"Since President Obama came into office in 2009, 7.2 million people have left the workforce entirely. One out of every six men aged 25–54 is not working. Employment in this group fell by 72,000 last month, while the number of employed women aged 25–54 fell by 37,000. Meanwhile, the workforce participation rate for women is at its lowest level in 23 years. Median household income is down almost $2,300 from what it was when the President took office. Real wages are lower than they were in 1999. Growth in the first quarter of this year was negative.

As for percentage: 115,818,000/234,739,000=49.3%
119,287,000/248,446,000=48% so that is a little lower, but so is employment overall (mostly due to a larger percent of people who don't want a job. as % of employment, it's about the same: 81.4% from 81.5%.

yes worst recovery since the Great Depression! which of course explains why Obama won't leave the White House to talk about his economic performance.

Bush jacked the U-6 rate from 7.3%

Dear, liberalism caused the housing bubble, not Bush. If we had had capitalism rather than the massive soviet regulation that characterized the housing market it would have been 100% impossible. For example the Fed had to print the money needed to inflate the bubble for years. And that was just one of 132 soviet liberal regulations controls and programs that were anti-captitalist. Way over your head -right?

Do you understand?
What a shame your delusions are fantasy, eh? Here in the real world, Bush and Republicans created the bubble. Hell, they even took credit for it until it burst.

"Thanks to OUR policies, home ownership in America is at an all time high." <applause> - George Bush, RNC acceptance speech

dear, Bush was a liberal very happy to have the govt encourage ownership through massive interference in the free market.
I suppose you think the Republican-led Congress was Liberal too, huh? Since they were the ones who passed the bills that Bush signed into law.

At any rate, Bush was a Conservative and as usual, your dementia is noted.

At any rate, Bush was a Conservative

dear, Ted Cruz, Ron Paul, Milton Friedman are examples of conservatives.

Welcome to your ABC's!!

You have to get the basics down first if you don't want to be stupid every time you write. Making sense now?

Hmm, that 7.2 million who left the workforce since Obama became president pales in comparison to the 15½ million baby boomers who have retired during that same period.

Then are you claiming the Republicans in Congress during the housing bubble were Liberals?

dear, let's do your ABC's again. Liberal soviets are for massive govt involvement while conservatives are for freedom or capitalism. Is it still over your heads after all these years?

I made my point. Did you not understand it the first time? Of the folks who entered and left the work force, of which according to the numbers you posted, we have a net loss of 7.2 million, 15½ million were baby boomers who retired.

Do you understand it this time or do you need me to repeat it again?

How odd ... I asked you a question which should have resulted in a 'yes' or 'no' answer, yet you rambled about something else.

Why are you afraid to answer?

Are you claiming the Republicans in Congress during (and leading up to) the housing bubble were Liberal? Yes, or no?

Are you claiming the Republicans in Congress during (and leading up to) the housing bubble were Liberal? Yes, or no?

dear, now that you know the definition of liberal and conservative you can go back and look at each one individually to see for yourself if they were conservative or liberal in theory and in practice. Why not let us know what you find? BUt first tell us what point you are trying to make./

Why would I seek to answer the question for you?

Seems you're too afraid to answer. Your fear tells me they were Conservative.

Actually the ABC's are CON$ervoFascists always lie about Liberals.

A perfect example of what a lying POS Sessions is.
UE is 5.9% and when you add in discouraged workers it does not double, it is 6.4%. There are 3.469 million MORE full time jobs now then in 2009.
Like all Republicans, Sessions couldn't breath if he wasn't lying!

UE is 5.9% and when you add in discouraged workers it does not double, it is 6.4%.!

dear, hate to rock your world but u6 is about 12%. Sorry liberal.
Dearie, it is the U-4 rate that includes discouraged workers ans it is 6.4%. The U-6 rate includes more than just discouraged workers and people who are working.

See why it is said that there is no one slower than a CON$ervoFascist.

dear u6 is about 50% higher than before recession!! That explains why this is slowest recovery since Great Depression and why income is down 5% since Barry took over and why Barry will not campaign on his economic record.

Are you really trying to argue that this is a good economy? See why we say liberalism is based in pure ignorance?
