UACA would NEVER be the ACA!!!

Today's Lesson. Obama didn't want a mandate. ACA is such a good deal for all and the country, people will want to sign up. Everything else is Pub/Big Health BULLSHYTTE...

"1) Do you think by some kind of Magic your health insurance premium will go down
because the 17.5 million that don't want insurance will be forced to by insurance?"

Always has LOL.

Also, see low cost clinics ( $10 billion worth), guidelines for care saves malpractice $, limit on % spent by insurers on non care, etc etc etc. READ something.

LOW COST clinics worth $10 billion???

Once again the oxymoronic combination shows your intelligence level!

What are LOW COST clinics worth $10 billion???

Why are you such a defender of millionaire lawyers?
They alone according to 90% of physicians are the reason $600 billion a year is WASTED in duplicate tests, specialist referrals!
FEAR of lawsuits!
You know when a physician gets sued.. the costs are
1) lawyer fees
2) time taken away from practice doing depositions
3) compiling medical treatment records
4) and increased malpractice premiums
5) Possible medical sanctions

ALL without going to court!
The report estimates that attorneys tried 16,397 tort cases in a national sample of American state courts. As only about 4% of personal injury lawsuits ever go to trial,
the sheer number of annual personal injury claims occurring in America is truly staggering.

5% automobile 15% medical malpractice 28% other... 5% product liability.

So is it ANY wonder why 90% physicians agree $600 to $850 billion a year in waste!

$10 billion is how much they will spend building low cost clinics- will pay for themselves in no time. Myopic, incompetent Pubs again...

Guidelines for care in ACA will save on malpractice. Send your suggestions to your hypocrite Pub Reps....

"Malpractice Guidelines"???
page 765 of ACA
States should be encouraged to develop and test alternatives to the existing civil litigation system
Congress should consider establishing a State demonstration program to

WOW "guidelines"!!!!

But the ACT sure goes after those BIG BAD TANNING Salons!
Page 923!

IMPOSITION OF TAX ON INDOOR TANNING SERVICES.
‘‘(a) IN GENERAL.—There is hereby imposed on any indoor tanning
service a tax equal to 10 percent of the amount paid for such
service (determined without regard to this section), whether paid
by insurance or otherwise"

But how many times in the ACA act did these words appear?
"Attorneys" 6 times
"malpractice" 6 times
"Tanning" 12 times..
"lawsuits" zero

Tanning caused cancer no question BUT it was NO where the $600 billion in defensive medicine that well here are the physicians
By some estimates, unnecessary treatment constitutes one-third of medical spending in the United States. [1/3 of $2.5 trillion is $800 billion a year!!!]
a group of nine medical specialty boards plans to recommend on Wednesday that doctors perform 45 common tests and procedures less often, and to urge patients to question these services if they are offered. Eight other specialty boards are preparing to follow suit with additional lists of procedures their members should perform far less often. http://www.nytimes.com/2012/04/04/health/doctor-panels-urge-fewer-routine-tests.html?_r=3&partner=MYWAY&ei=5065
choosing wisely

So why was malpractice/$600 billion defensive medicine NOT addressed as fervently as "Tanning Salons"???
