I understand how you feel about a government imposing socialism onto the people but has it ever occurred to you that some people like socialism. I think a better solution that would allow everyone to live under the society they want is sucession from the union. Its a hypothetical proposal but can you imagine another that yields the greatest overall happiness of each citizen and maintains every citizen's right to live under the government they want.
Lets now imagine something a little less destructive to the nation such as state nullification of unconstitutional laws that go outside its delegated powers. Every state can then simply nullify whatever law they don't like and states that do like the socialist stuff can not nullify those federal laws. This way everyone is happy.

With the recent decision of current attorney General ,Eric Holder to move the Sept 11 Terrorist to a New York City Federal civilian court, on U.S. soil, thus making New York City a Terrorists target again, I must suggest a U.S. Army temporary takeover of the United States government from the Obama administration. The U.S. Army could install a leadership tribunal of three Generals to run the country, and they could also appoint other

The west was settled for the most part without a large military or police presence. Many people owned and carried guns. You tried to rob the local bank and there was quite the reception at the front door.

Back in August 02' a CIA Bureau Chief went to DC to personally brief the Admin to point out Iraq didn't have wmd and was not pursuing nukes. Cheney even admitted in 06' he would have invaded iraq even if he knew wmd were not there....but he also said the same thing in Sept 2000......yet when that was pointed out to war supporters they wholly ignored it.

You stupid ass, Bush was repeatedly warned that the greatest threat his administration faced was terrorism. The Clinton administration made it clear that they considered the US in danger from Bin Laden. The Bush administration's reply was to state that they thought that "Clinton has a fixation concerning Bin Laden". On 9-11, they finally understood why Clinton had a fixation about Bin Laden.
But by then, 3000 American's paid with their lives for the lack of concern on the part of the Bush administration. It was not liberals that ignored all the warnings, but Conservatives.
