Every team in the league has new life till after the draft.

If your team drafts well, there's nothing but promise for the future. If your team drafts poorly.....well there's always next season.

Chicago has the best chance of improving after this because they have 2 picks in the first round, including the first pick overall.
The Vikings have a chance of improving because they have the 11th pick and the 23rd pick. As long as they don't reach to get a QB they should be okay. If they stay put they should improve.

It looks like this year every team in need is going to pick a QB which means the first 3 picks will be QBs and possibly the first 4. At 5 LAC will probably pick a WR or trade back for an OT. but they won't pick a lineman at #5 and I expect them to possibly trade back for more picks depending on which QBs are left on the board.

So the first three are QB's, with McCarthy a possible trade up from the Vikings at #11 and Giants at #6, meaning possibly the top 4 will be QB's, with Nix and Penix still out there. That makes 6. Hope it is better than this.

The QB class is going to make the headlines. Several are expected to go in the first round.

How many of them will truly become franchise QBs? How many will be busts?

The scouts are not infallible. They make a lot of mistakes which are very noticeable with 1st round QBs.

Lawrence looks like the only one of that group who will be good. And he was considered a lesser talent than some of these guys. Amazing.
