Someone always have some anecdotal story..."I know a guy."One of the golf pros I work with is from Canada. He had a heart issue which made him so weak he could barely walk a few hundred feet without having to stop and rest. He waited almost nine months before having the procedure because there was a que of people in front of him. That's the reality of having that many people on a healthcare system. All I'm saying is that if someone tells you there won't be long waits for procedures to be done...they're not being honest with you.
If someone is telling you that there's going to be overly long lines to get much needed treatment...they're not being honest with you.
BTW, how long do you have to wait now to see a heart specialist?
If I want to see my cardiologist, I make an appointment and I see him. It's usually a week...perhaps two weeks during high season when more people are here.
