“Trump’s Going To Get Re-elected, Isn’t He?”

first I aint no republican

behind where???

all youve done is complain,,,got any solutions that dont include theft or slavery???
I didn't call you one.

All I did was point out ONE difference between the two parties.

Why are you being so defensive?
I;ve never seen one do that,,in fact republicans are far more likely to give to private org to take care of the poor,,,
where as democrats just steal form the tax payer and give it away while keeping some for themselves and create more poor people

You're pretty defensive of the Republican party for a guy that just vehemently denied being one.

I'm just sayin'.

I resent having to pay for others at the barrel of a gun.

These matters were previously handled by private charities, as they should be. Charity is not a venue of the federal government.
No amount of private charities can handle the job of what needs to be done nationally.

See my thread featuring Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson debunking all the rightwing tropes and rhetoric via Dave Rubin.

I did. Was funny. I left an appropriate soundtrack.

you pay for it yourself or get a plan that does,,,
What happens to the poor in that system?

Flat out of luck?

Emergency room. Hospitals are bound by law to treat.
But if your local hospital closes, what then? It's happening now and it's not funny. Especially if it's a level 1 trauma center. The local hospital here in Ventura County just laid off 85 workers, and will close at least two clinics.

Why Are US Hospitals Closing?

I live within 25 miles of Washington DC. Hospitals everywhere. Some of the nation's best.

Who cares about their insurance company?

They're the real life death panels Republicans were shrieking so much about when Obama was fixing the mess.

They care about getting access to their doctor and receiving actual healthcare.

You haven't seen a real life death panel until Medicare-for-All comes to fruition.
You talk like a lib with good current health insurance!
My sister doesn't have health insurance. Her Hepatitis meds were covered by Medicaid which she lost when her youngest turned 18. She's spent 4 years now trying to get disability free loading off of me, her and her eldest son. She can barely walk, she has severe periods that leak blood out with no warning. Clots of blood. She has Liver Cirrhosis. She has no gal-bladder and has to be careful what she eats. She got this way because of no health care. She's going to die because she's without it again. Unless this trial she just got for her disability finally gives it to her.

I myself am Bi-polar. I went from job to job barely eeking out a living even though I was a straight A student and a 140 IQ. I was quick at everything including having anxiety attacks and anger episodes. The only reason I'm not homeless, in jail, or in a looney ward, is because I'm a vet. If I had to rely on non-existent medical care I would've killed someone or myself. I was that bad.

So their arguments about everyone having at least minimum health care is a temptation to my vote. The only thing keeping me from voting for them is I know they'll bankrupt this country with their open borders and socialist bullshit. But if you got all your news from a 15 second commercial I can understand why you would vote for them.

"I was shocked at all those hands raised in support of providing comprehensive health coverage to undocumented immigrants. I think promises we’ve made to our fellow Americans should take priority, like to veterans in need of better health care."

I wasn't shocked whatsoever. And I'll tell you what's more telling: That the media would have the balls to put that to an open-hand litmus test to start off a Democrat debate. This is the type of thing that is a priority for them. This is where they think their power lies.

I'm poor,,,its my [problem not yours,,,,
Democrats don't believe in leaving their fellow Americans behind.

Only Republicans do that.
Should Government do what is best for the country, or what is best for it's country men? What is best for the country is to not waste resources on losers. Let the sick and infirmed die and get out of the way of the strong. Healthcare for those who can't afford it makes our country weaker, best to reserve resources for those who can pay it back.

The so called "death panels" are simply the quota system that would have to be implemented if we went to a Medicare for all health insurance system! Call it whatever you want. It's the reality of healthcare systems in places like Canada and Great Britain and it would be reality for the US if we were to go that way. Anyone who promises you something else? THEY'RE LYING TO YOU!!!
Describe this so called "quota system" as you see it.

Talk to those who are in those systems, Marc...they will tell you that there are long waits for certain medical procedures. You have a heart problem that isn't critical...chances are you're going to waiting for some time before that problem is addressed. It's what happens when you put millions more people onto a new system. Panels decide what is critical and what is not. You as a patient no longer have control over your own health. That's what people refer to as "death panels"...a term which I think is overblown! Will some people die because they can't get an issue resolved immediately? Probably. What I think people will find happening much more often than that however is being stuck waiting for a long time to get medical treatment. Those of you calling for Medicare for all need to understand that's the way it's going to be.

I don't think he's going to win again; he's not running against Clinton anymore. Let's be real -- Clinton and Debbie Wasserman Shultz won the election for Trump. Together they flipped SO many Bernie supporters to Trump that I had decent faith Trump could win 2016, but I have little faith this time around. I don't think he can do it.
Who do you think will beat Trump? I'm not totally convinced he will be re-elected but that is mainly due to the shifting Demographics I see in my own state of Arizona. I assume that could be happening in other states. I don't think Texas is quite going to flip blue but by 2024 it very well could.
