He's on trial for his actions, and his eligibility to be on the ballot is being litigated separately in Maine and Colorado (and hopefully more soon.)
He doesn’t have to be convicted of anything to be held accountable in a civil matter. We disqualify people all the time from jobs just based upon credible accusations where courts have found the evidence to be credible even when charges have formally dismissed. Trump not only has the evidence of the insurrection, but they’re listening to his speeches and his plans in office to continue defying the constitution. You bozos are a cult of stupidity and ignorance. He’s like an abuser with a history who can’t pass a fking background check….neither could his kids.Since when did I say Rump was not at least 35 and not a natural born citizen? What I did say was that if he is convicted of any of the current felonies in either Washington or GA then the intent of the 14th Amendment has been met. Until then, he is free to run for office.
