And Trump is getting due process. There was a hearing his lawyers were at, there was a ruling by a judge that Trump then appealed and then a ruling by the CO SC and that was appealed.

It is sort of ironic that the only reason it went to the COSC was due to Trump. Had he just let if stand he was on the ballot
