Trump the only candidate with policy positions

Positions that make some folks slap their knees and cheer, but no rational solutions to resolve the issues he takes positions on.
 
Learn the difference between applause lines and policies. Once you strip away the unlikely, the unconstitutional and the impossible he's got very little.
 
I have heard he is advancing the Cause of a wall that will cost millions if not billions; but no capital plan to earn millions if not billions, to help fund social programs for the People.

I have not heard him answer even one direct question as to "policy". He just says "I don't want to brag" but then he brags and then just says "Trust me, I'll be the best, I'll be so good .. " And I really don't like that he lies almost every day.

Please list his policies.
