Will he say he's the toughest president ever in regards to Russia and use the sanctions that were implemented as an example? But he will not state the fact, it was Congress that came up with the sanctions and that he, Donald J Trump resisted the implementation of those sanction, tooth and nail. Congress had voted for the sanctions 419 to 3. But Trump wanted to be friends with his hero Putin. So after the bill passed, Trump pissed,moaned and blasted Congress because he did not want the sanctions. FACT.
Now he takes credit for the sanctions, which of course is bullshit (again).
