I agree. A fair trial requires all witnesses and documents relevant*** to the indictment be heard by the jury; in an impeachment case the Senators are the jury, and they have a duty to listen to the evidence and decide on the evidence when called for a vote.

Two other points:

• The Chief Justice will decide on the relevance of the evidence, but he can be overruled by a majority of the Senators;
• Moscow Mitch McConnell has already stated his decision and is seeking to make the trail in the Senate a mockery.

In my opinion Sen. McConnell has violated his oath of office, and if he has an iota of integrity and devotion to the Constitution, he would recuse himself. The same goes for Sen Graham.
