No one does. Clinton acknowledged that Obamacare was costing much more than had been predicted and proposed providing grants to people to help pay for the rising premiums: debt. Providing universal access to healthcare will be expensive and will create more debt unless we can grow the economy at a greater rate that the debt grows.

Pick the right job and you will get a healthcare plan as part of the benefits package.
If not, you will have money to buy your own plan.
