The original New York Times article requires an account, but here's a second source of the original article:

Ronna McDaniel, R.N.C. Chairwoman, Plans to Step Down

"The chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, Ronna McDaniel, has told former President Donald J. Trump she is planning to step down shortly after the South Carolina primary on Feb. 24, according to two people familiar with the plans.

Mr. Trump is then likely to promote the chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party, Michael Whatley, as her replacement, according to several people familiar with the discussions.

Under the arcana of the committee’s rules, however, Mr. Trump cannot simply install someone, and a new election must take place.Ms. McDaniel has faced months of pressure, a campaign from Trump-allied forces to unseat her and growing dissatisfaction and anxiety in the Trump camp about the strained finances of the R.N.C. as the general election cycle begins early.

Mr. Trump likes Mr. Whatley for one overwhelming reason, according to people who have discussed him with the former president: He is “a stop the steal guy,” as one of the people described him. He endorses Mr. Trump’s false claims about mass voter fraud and Mr. Trump believes he did a good job delivering North Carolina, a 2020 swing state, to him."

The sooner the better

It does make sense that someone like Trump who has sought to undermine this nation, its constitution and its institutions would want a man in control of his political party who has sought to undermine this nation, its constitution and its institutions. Two peas in the same corupt pod.
You are a fucking idiot.

Both. She defies the Savior, and her life becomes 10X more miserable than it is now.

The Republican party is just about gone. Its final dismantling is at hand.
How long before we start hearing the calls to change its name to the MAGA party? :auiqs.jpg:
The Democrats are the party that needs to be dismantled for the good of the country. Their priorities are Illegal Migrants, China, Iran, and destroying Donald Trump. America is at the back of the line.

I disagree.
Standing up for the country is undermining the Democrat Party
Attempting to overturn an election by violent means is not standing up for the country unless of course you’re MAGA in which case it is standing up for the country if you engage in insurrection and threats against election officials so long as it benefits the MAGA Orange lord.

Oh, I don't know, perhaps nonsense like "capitulating to dear leader?"
Or the demented fuckstick in the WH chanting TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP when it became clear their immigration scam was going to go down the shitter by it's own weight.
The word sure triggered you. Hmmm. A nutcase has arrived.

BTW, what does that spew have anything to do with Rona? Topic.

McConnell should do the same. I have yet to hear a supportive comment of his leadership from any poster. The only positive I have heard came from members of his party who suggested he was a good fundraiser, but then plays favourites. Screwing guys like Cruz of funding.

Supporting a Party that supports our enemies is the issue. Mail In Ballot magic that installed Biden in the White House is another issue.
Nah, these are far right fantasies that are based on other fantasies. Mostly these things are just made up by people who butter their bread with a gullible, angry audience.

But I sense you believe them.

How embarrassing.

FN Trump drained the pot and wants more is the plan. The corrupt RNC wasted millions on him and went broke.

You can have your own opinions, but not your own facts.

The combined Democrat party committees now have $99.3 million dollars in cash on hand.

The combined Republican party committees have $74.1 million dollars of cash on hand, and have so far spent $28 million less than the Democrats.

Watch how fast the donations start coming into the GOP committees once McDaniel is out of there.
