Trump claims on gas prices fact checked and found inaccurate

Gas prices under Trump are also misrepresented

During COVID, businesses were closed, people worked from home, interstate travel was restricted, parks, restaurants, movie theaters were closed.

People stopped driving and there was a surplus of gas which drove down prices.

Yes, gas was cheap
But you had no place to drive

Just a note to add, Russia and Saudi were also in an oil price war. Two of the biggest producers in the world.

I do not think any place in or near Sacrament has it for less than $4/gallon, and prices over $8 have been reported, within the last year, in some of the more obscure parts of California.

If Trump's remarks aren't strictly accurate with regard to current gasoline prices, the general gist of what he is saying is absolutely correct.

Among other elements of inflation and economic harm, consumers, especially here in California, are, as a direct result of corrupt Democrapic policies, suffering from unreasonably high fuel prices.

Not that a faggot in the UK could possibly have any sense of what the situation is like here in the U.S. Not that a worthless paradise that lives on government handouts could know what it is like, in any country, for an honest man that works for a living to find it harder and harder to stretch his wages to purchase the things he needs in life.

I think it's Menlo Park that's famous for charging way more than the rest of California.
