I don't see anything in the article that says the girl assaulted was prevented from filing charges. I saw the student has been kicked out of school.

Girls at a women's college in Wyoming sued after a "transgender"-a man named Artemis Langford, who identifies himself as a woman, walked in on them.

This tall man, measuring six feet tall and weighing 100 kilograms, used his LGBT rights to sit in the showers of the girls' locker room for hours and watch the girls, causing them embarrassment and resentment.

During the trial, the college filed a motion to dismiss the case, calling it "frivolous litigation."

They do not feel safe and demand the removal of the "transgender" from their women's space.
