The gender bending trend is just that--a social contagion. There's no way 20% and more of teens are suddenly non-binary, trans and whatnot. How sad for them that they will come out of this fad not with weird clothes and bad hair, but a period of their life where they changed their names, pronouns and identity.

Most of that 20% is just kids wanting the attention and drama that comes with “coming out” as trans.

They think it makes them edgy or interesting and they enjoy getting to pick a new name and getting all pouty when someone uses the “wrong” pronouns.

Kids bully freaks? Kids will bully regardless, it's just a matter of what kids will bully you about. The key is not "fixing" the issue that offends children, rather, the issue is to teach children not to bully at all.

The Left does not care about bullying. In fact, they are teaching kids to bully. Any child that may have conservative values, for example, they are teaching to ostracize and belittle them as freaks. I can't tell you the number of people I have heard that have lost their jobs for saying "All lives matter" during the Black Lives Matter movement. WTH? The Left is merely teaching kids to target anyone who is not a Leftist, and then send them out in to the world to bully those that oppose them. But in the interim, they virtue signal about caring about people being bullied, but only people on their side of the political isle..

There is a natural desire to be like the crowd. There is an evolutionary pull to make us what to be apart of society, with the understanding that odds are if the herd is doing it, there must be merit to it. After all, there is strength in numbers, and a certain degree of safety in numbers. However, this means that any innovation that might help society, or any doctrine that might help society that is different, is met with bullying.

Christianity is a prime example. The early church was mostly thrown to the lions or nailed to a cross for the first couple hundred years. It took courage to stand against this onslaught of oppression and bullying, and society ended up being better for it.

But science is no different. Pretty much every scientific breakthrough was met with the establishment within science attacking anyone that may challenge commonly held views. Einstein, for example, created his theory of relativity, but his theory did not support the commonly held view of a stagnant universe, so he altered the theory to make it work just to be a part of the crowd. After it was proven the universe was not stagnant, he returned his theory to how it was originally, and guess what, it works. He later said it was the biggest blunder of his life, but he did not have the courage to be different, because he did not want to deal with the bullying and oppression he knew that would come with it,

But the Left cares nothing about making society better by embracing individualism and people being different. No, they only care about power, which means conforming the crowd into group think and bullying anyone who is different because there are strength in numbers, which is all they care about.
