Learning to follow rules, work together and work toward goals are positive things. With dance it can be that way, or it can be what I see in this video - which is that dressing up their bodies to look sexy and acting suggestive is how they win and get approval. Too many girls already get lost in the message that all they're good for is sexual attraction, I just don't approve of reinforcing that at an age where they're still so earnest about learning how to please.
