Nothing personal, but all I have done is state facts. To this very day, nobody has ever asked my personal opinion until they've spent dozens of posts attacking me. By then, I don't feel cooperative and nobody on this board knows my own opinion.

Honestly, you should never trust the guy whose telling you what you want to hear. If you want the truth, you should consider all sides equally. You will, most likely, find a version of the truth in the mix that makes some semblance of truth.

Like it or not and believe it or not, the people in the higher echelons of government all have pretty much the same agenda. All they disagree over is the best way to get there.

You should pay attention for five paragraphs. In 1997, the United States heard a case brought about by sheriffs who did not want to enforce the Brady Bill (an unconstitutional background check bill for purchasing weapons.) The high Court ruled in favor of the sheriffs. According to the United States Supreme Court:

Those two previous paragraphs within the quotation marks and italicized are there so you can tell the difference between what "I" said and what the Court ruled. When the local governments went to court to defend sanctuary cities, all they had to do was invoke the Printz ruling above and bring it to the attention of the court and remind them that the federal government cannot make the state and local governments enforce their laws. That is a fact and the way our country operates is that the principle applies to ALL laws.

Without the above ruling, states that do not want to comply with gun control would be forced to do so. IF the SHTF in this country, your state and local governments could not help you resist by refusing to enforce unconstitutional laws. Why don't you learn how to read the ruling? Giving a potential adversary that kind of power over you is idiotic. We may actually have to physically fight back some day.

If Mexico and South America had an economy that was close to ours, as Canada's is, they wouldn't even wanna come here, right? So why are those two countries economies not closer to ours?

IMO, they're just huge slave labor camps for this part of the world. There's a reason why the minimum wage in Mexico is $5 per DAY (not hour)
Mexican officials are easily bought off by lobbyist. Much like our own politicians. In fact, lobbyist own 99% of all our politicians. Republicans and democrats alike. And since it's so cheap to live in Mexico, Mycrosoft and the other big companies down there, can easily afford to dish out a cool million to keep the minimum wages as slave labor levels. Which keeps the people poor. Which keeps crime levels high. Which keeps drug money coming in. And all the other effects that poverty has on any society.

Question is, how to fix it.

Because Trumps stupid wall isn't going to. Sending Mexico and South America hundreds of billions isn't going to work.
The answer to all of this is in their economies down there. I guarantee you, that if the minimum wages down there were even $5per HOUR, they wouldn't even bother coming here.

$5hr down there, is like an upper middle class wage.

Occasionally, a thread needs a reboot to remain viable. When these children supporting National Socialism enter the discussion, they tend to make the thread unsustainable.

This whole immigration debacle has raised a lot of questions and the system is reluctant to get too involved no matter what Donald Trump says. It is a very complex issue.

To begin with, there is nothing in the Constitution giving the federal government any authority to pursue foreigners for coming to America and taking advantage of opportunities willingly offered by Americans.

So, how did the federal government wind up with this power?

In 1875 the state of California Immigration Commissioner and the San Francisco Sheriff's office did not mount a defense in an immigration case before the United States Supreme Court. In the end, the United States Supreme Court granted "plenary powers" to Congress over foreigners under the pretext of "immigration." Note the italicized words in quotation marks. More on them in a moment.

There is nothing in the United States Constitution giving the federal government jurisdiction over foreigners who are non-citizens taking advantage of the free market economy. The ONLY legitimate authority the federal government has over foreigners is naturalization. Naturalization = citizenship.

Back to the United States Supreme Court:

The United States Supreme Court has NO AUTHORITY to grant to any other branch of government any powers. Period. So, most of the "immigration" laws don't even apply to the majority of foreigners here. The federal government cannot control the influx of foreigners no more than they could stop the inevitability of illegal drugs coming into the United States. Threatening to do things like punish employers or continuing to build up the POLICE STATE are not solutions, but rather attacks on the Constitution. So, if you want to get serious about slowing the flow, you're going to have to consider some out of the box thinking AND stepping up to the plate and taking ownership for your own contribution to the status quo.

The illegal immigration push was aimed at the American blacks to displace many of them.

The current immigration laws were an attempt to marginalize the white vote and dilute their influence on American politics, thereby locking them out incrementally. The fact that whites now participate in their own genocide is so sad that it is almost funny.
