He was accused of practicing medicine without a license- the case failed because the prosecution failed to establish he was doing anything more than pedal herbs.

Go to his website and read up. The guy pedals herbs and he claims that 'many' people have been cured for following his advice- well if you believe that- buy his herbs- and go on his diet.

But he is careful on his website not to claim to be treating anyone for any medical condition.
