Some will call them death camps, but I don't think this is how it will be.

This is an example of disagreeing with the idea that Obamacare will make for death camps.

Some will call them death camps, but this is the way Obamacare is gonna go for America.

In this second example, the speaker acknowledges that some believe "death camps" will result from Obamacare and continues to agree with that idea.

Laura Ingraham agreed that death camps will result from the Obama health care bill.


Also, you are ignoring the comments from right wing columnist Rick Joyner. Rick says:

I don't know about death camps but I can provide a true story of a the German health care system of today. The short version is... A friend of my wifes father and mother both still life in the old country. The father who is 67 has cancer and requires treatment. The treatment would be quite expensive for the government. The government sends the Father and Mother on a 6 week vacation at a beautiful resort, with all the medications to control the pain. End of true story.
