The housing market has turned against the high SALT states.in particular.
Sanctuary states are bypassing their own minimum wage laws with illegals as independent contractors.
Employers are heading for lower SALT states.
The homeless are headed for the higher SALT states.
Then there are the legal problems of ever more Republican courts. Look for a test case of restoration of civil rights includes the right to bear arms. That alone will scare the crap out of those who can afford to write off their houses within the Blue Wall.
